Oh, Teddy. I’m so sorry you’ve been suffering and so very glad you’re getting some care. Please stay here. We need your important work but not so much that you have to be hurting. Sending you lots of good, healing vibes from here.
Oh Teddy! I am so sorry that you have been struggling with this alone (which I know is part of the issue). Know that I value you greatly. I value your work, and I value your generosity doing an interview with my student last year. Do what you need to do. Take care of yourself. We will be here when you get back.
I'm so proud of you for taking the big step to get help, Teddy! --and now you have to stick with it. I've gotten so much important information from your publications on Substack and also enjoyed tuning in to one of your live interviews--I'm glad you're planning to continue writing, but as some others have said, please take the time you need to be ready. Rest and re-set.
I am happy for you Teddy that you have stepped back on the path to a healthier and I hope a happier path to health. Our minds live in our bodies and medical help can do much to ease the symptoms. I have family members with these challenges and I became a mental health RN, now retired, because I loved them and know what challenges they faced.
Looking forward to your return to publishing which I am sure you will do soon.

Wishing you all the best in your recovery. This can’t be easy. Just know that some of us out here in substack land are pulling for you.
Please take good care of yourself.

You must take care of yourself first. Once you have become more like yourself, then take on the the warped world as we know it.
I am with you and I am for you, Teddy. Many thanks for your hard work and help to us.

Sending love, healing & peace your way! Wishing only the best for you & your family! You always deserve to be cared for by others & yourself! 💞💞💞
Take care of yourself. We appreciate all that you do.
This is a brutal reality you’re monitoring and seems like it’s coming down even harder instead of abating. Wordsworth said it best:
As more exposed to suffering and distress;
Thence, also, more alive to tenderness.
-please take good care & thank you
