“Extremist groups participated in more anti-LGBTQ+ demonstrations in June, which is commemorated as Pride month in the United States, than the entirety of 2025. Though extremist groups in the United States have seen a precipitous decline in their overall public activity over the past few years, members of Patriot Front, White Lives Matter, the Active Club Network, and the neo-Nazi Blood Tribe participated in anti-LGBTQ+ demonstrations in at least four states last month.” [Armed Conflict Location & Event Data]
“Leaked documents reveal that Patriot Front, a white supremacist group that broke off from the neo-Nazi organization Vanguard America in 2017, is rapidly expanding across the United States. As of early 2026, the group has grown to over 540 members across every state except Hawaii, with Florida being second only to Texas in membership numbers with 36 members.” [International Observatory for Terrorism Studies]
“Hatewatch reported that the crowdfunding website GiveSendGo appears to be a lucrative source of financial support for the anti-trans movement… Retired U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer Greg Bovino appeared on a white nationalist podcast… At least two alleged members of the neo-Nazi forum FashFront were arrested in June.” [Southern Poverty Law Center]

White Supremacist propaganda apparently produced by the Goyim Defense League (GLD), a White Supremacist neo-Nazi group, reportedly “distributed antisemitic flyers in the communities” in Michigan. [The Detroit News]
Local law enforcement in Berkley and Southfield are reportedly “investigating after the discovery over the weekend of antisemitic flyers in their neighborhoods,” and the flyers included a “variety of antisemitic imagery.” [ABC News]
Antisemitic pamphlets were also reportedly “found distributed across several neighborhoods in Huntington Woods,” and local law enforcement is “looking for the people responsible.” [NBC News]

New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella announced that the New Hampshire Department of Justice has “submitted a Final Decree resolving the State’s civil rights enforcement action against Christopher Hood, Nationalist Socialist Club-131 (NSC-131), and associated defendants.” [Office of the Attorney General]
More than three years after members of a NSC-131, the neo-Nazi group, “disrupted a drag story hour at a cafe in downtown Concord,” the New Hampshire Attorney General’s office announced a “settlement with the group’s leader that includes fines and community service.” [NPR]
The Final Decree requires that Hood “pay a $10,000 civil penalty (the maximum fine permitted by law), with $7,500 suspended upon the condition he complies with the terms of the court order,” and Hood “must also complete 250 hours of community service with an organization approved by the state.” [New Hampshire Union Leader]
The order also prohibits Hood and other members of NSC-131 “from discriminating again or from coming within 250 feet of the former Teatotaller location or contacting its owner or staff.” [ABC News]

Capitol Riot defendants are reportedly seeking government payouts through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), and “absent immediate congressional action to promote transparency and oversight of settlements, they may have found just the avenue they’re looking for to negotiate substantial and secretive payouts with the Trump administration.” [Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington]

“So, it occurs to me, the Proud Boys want to fuck around, but they don’t want to find out. They’re willing to intimidate and escalate, which is why their actions draw so much attention; they’re effective because their presence is threatening. Jen Golbeck, journalist and professor at the University of Maryland, recently published an account of a weekend away with a chapter of the Proud Boys, the far right violent extremist group. Golbeck joined Indira Lakshmanan to “recount her experience and what surprised her, what did not surprise her, and what was familiar to her.” [NPR]
