Scotty Bach, Detective Michael Settle and Officer Jason Marchione were reportedly “named in public records” released last week as the members of the Seattle Police Department that attended the “Stop the Steal” rally prior to the attack on the U.S. Capitol building on January 6, 2021 — and have since “fought to keep their names out of the public.”
In Summerville, South Carolina, a county chapter of the John Birch Society hosted an event featuring pardoned Capitol Rioters Sharon and Thomas Caldwell, who reportedly “shared their experiences navigating the legal system and rebuilding their lives.”
Trevor Cain, who pleaded guilty for charges related to his participation in the Capitol Riot, reportedly helped organize an event hosted by the Hancock County Republican Party event which included several pardoned Capitol Rioters as featured speakers.
During an interview with the The Wall Street Journal, Cain said that many pardoned Capitol Rioters have found a new mission: “Let the public know what actually happened.”
In Amarillo, Texas, the local Republican Party held an event which included a pardoned Capitol Rioter as a featured speaker. Larry Brock was originally sentenced to 2-years in prison for his participation in the Capitol Riot, and was awaiting re-sentencing when Trump issued sweeping pardons for Capitol Rioters.
Stewart Rhodes, the founder of the far right militia group the Oath Keepers and pardoned Capitol Rioter, reportedly issued a warning that “Trump faces ‘trouble’ over not releasing documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case,” and told a crowd of supporters that “it’s really disheartening to see President Trump just declare that to be a hoax.”
Stewart Parks, who was convicted and sentenced to 8-month in jail for his participation in the Capitol Riot, reportedly “announced his candidacy” for Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District at a Benton County Republican Party event.
