It’s the same liberal attitude of saying “We have abortion rights here, those who don’t can always move! Or in the 1940s/1950s, “They have Jim Crow laws in the South, you can have Texas & Georgia, I’m fine up here in the north!” This kind of fascism, civil rights abuses and racism spreads. Pretty sure there have been protests against ICE in LA, hauling away actual native Angelenos.
Never under estimate my power as a Warrior protecting our Latin community as much as I can and being involved with “ Union Del Barrio’….Never patronize someone like myself it just shows your weakness and stupidity…..Not sure what your agenda is nor do I care…

I’m neither stupid nor weak. My agenda is for you to see how short-sighted it is to blow off other states because you think you’re protected in California’s liberalism. There are people here in Texas who cannot leave and need solidarity with others who oppose fascism.
Unfortunately, the regressive, racist and horrible policies in Texas’s gerrymandered state have affected other states/national politics. Conversely, Katherine Stewart’s book “Money, Lies & God” talks about the right-wing takeover of Christian groups, backlash to civil rights and a lot of Christian nationalism actually originating in California.
I don’t wish you or your state harm. Please have some grace for your allies elsewhere.
Personally I think this so called conversation should end here …I am very well aware of the dire situation in America as I have had family murdered in Germany and some sent letters right before they were captured ….Many survived so Ill end it here ..I don’t need to hear how I can be swept up in an ICE situation since the Holocaust happened not that long ago…
