The conference agenda includes several workshops and digital trainings, which will be presented by several conservative activists.
Eagle Forum is among the right-wing activists groups pushing fringe conspiracy theories about the results of the 2020 election, promoting misinformation about the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccine, and agitating for an assortment of and right-wing culture war issues.
Watchmen on the Wall, a project of the far right fundamentalists Christian group Family Research Council, is hosting a Georgia Pastors Briefing at The Grove Level Baptist Church in Maysville, Georgia on July 28.
FRC’s Watchmen on the Wall regularly host events both at churches and online, and provides “tools for pastors” including a “Biblical Worldview Series” series of booklets including “Biblical Principles For Political Engagement,” “Biblical Principles For Human Sexuality,” and “Biblical Principles For Religious Liberty.”
The Grove Level Baptist Church’s statement of beliefs include that the church “reject any teaching that abortions of pregnancies due to birth defects, gender selection, birth or population control, or the mental well-being of the mother are acceptable, “any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery, and pornography are sinful perversions of God’s gift of sex,” and “creation was a direct act of God, literal 24 hour days, instantaneous, and miraculous.”
